💰Salary: Up to £24,360 per annum (dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience) 

🕒Working Pattern: Part-time (32 hours per week, 52 weeks per year) 

📋Contract: Permanent 

📍Location: Andover Campus, Hampshire

✨ We are looking for an experienced early years professional to join our growing and highly successful Education and Early Years team as an Assessor.

In this role, you will prepare learners for placement and support their work readiness, before visiting them in nurseries, schools and early years settings to observe their practice and assess their skills and competencies against the requirements of their course. You will provide constructive feedback and ongoing support to help learners develop and grow in confidence throughout their placement. Early years’ experience is essential; an assessor qualification is desirable but not required, as the college can offer full support to work towards this. You will also need a driving license.
