About the Role: ✨
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in developing and strengthening relationships with employers, stakeholders, and business partners to identify new training opportunities and support business growth. Through a combination of digital engagement and face-to-face meetings, you will promote the College Group's training offer and ensure it continues to meet the evolving needs of employers and learners.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of the College Group's business training programmes, working closely with Assistant Principals and curriculum teams to develop and introduce new training provision that responds to industry demand. By gathering and sharing employer feedback, you will help shape and enhance the curriculum to ensure it remains relevant, high quality, and responsive to workforce needs.
The role also includes overseeing departmental funding and budgets, maintaining robust audit trails, identifying new funding opportunities, and supporting sustainable financial growth. You will monitor performance, produce accurate and timely reports, and ensure all activities are delivered in line with College Group policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity, and Safeguarding.
