💰Salary: Up to £30,477 per annum (dependant on qualifications, skills and experience)
🕒Working Pattern: Full-time - 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year (Mon – Fri)
📍Location: Sparsholt Campus, Hampshire (with flexibility to travel)

✨ Sparsholt College is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused person to promote the College’s commercial training, short courses and Skills Bootcamps with local and regional employers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting students and staff, and helping to ensure the smooth running of commercial training, short courses and Skills Bootcamps across the college.
About the role: 📚
Acting as Training Liaison Officer, the post-holder will have targets focussed upon the growth of the College’s commercial training offer, including short courses, bespoke employer training and intensive bootcamps.
The post-holder will support employers and learners to understand the College’s commercial training and Skills Bootcamp offer, generating enrolments, repeat business, upskilling and job outcomes. They will facilitate the end-to-end client and learner journey, including enquiries, booking, onboarding, documentation, scheduling and post-course follow-up. The role involves effective liaison with individuals and employers and tracking learner attendance, progress and outcomes.
Working with the Business Skills Coordinator and the Director of Careers and Stakeholder Engagement, the role will involve identifying new commercial opportunities, shaping new short-course and bootcamp products and improving, where required, existing provision based on client and learner feedback, market insight and performance data.
