✨ Sparsholt has a considerable reputation and facilities that are truly representative of the zoo and animal care sector. The post holder will join a team of 5 Curriculum Leaders who lead the lecturing staff in the continued improvement of standards of both teaching and learning and pastoral care. Key to this is supporting the team in their roles and encouraging the implementation of innovative teaching techniques and the robust use of the College’s policies and procedures.

Your focus will be on the continuing growth and development of the high-quality teaching programmes provided by the curriculum area. This includes supporting the continued development of the academic team and supporting the progress coaches in providing a high quality of learner-focused support to enable our learners to achieve the highest possible outcomes during their time at the College.
