University Centre Sparsholt is seeking an exceptional academic leader to take forward one of the UK’s most respected and well-established Veterinary Nursing degree programmes. As Head of Centre for Veterinary Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence, innovation, and the continued success of our provision as we look ahead to RCVS reaccreditation in 2027.

Your Opportunity

This is a defining moment to influence the direction of veterinary nursing education. You will:

• Provide strategic leadership for our Veterinary Nursing degree programmes.

• Lead and manage the RCVS reaccreditation process, ensuring our courses remain innovative, relevant, and industry-leading.

• Inspire and empower a dedicated team of academics, fostering excellence in teaching, research, and student experience.

• Build and strengthen partnerships with veterinary practices, accrediting bodies, and professional networks.

• Drive curriculum development, embedding the latest advances in veterinary nursing practice, technology, and pedagogy.
