Higher Education Learning Support and Academic Skills Advisor
Salary: Up to £29,163 per annum (dependant on qualifications and experience)
Working pattern: Full Time (37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year) however prepared to discuss term time and part time work.

University Centre Sparsholt is dedicated to supporting our higher education students and have created two new positions to support students and to support them in achieving their full potential with additional support in study and academic skills.
The role involves working with students within our Higher Education setting and as such being experienced with the demands of degree level assignments and being educated to degree level is essential. You will support students in a group setting as well as on a 1-1 tutorial basis. The team will also be responsible for the development and running of work shop style sessions for the students to support their academic skill development. In this role you will be assisting a diverse group of students and experience of supporting the needs of our community, with a particular emphasis on supporting neurodiverse students, is sought after.
We will support you to undertake the role with CPD and support to attain a professional related qualification as appropriate.
