💰Salary: Up to £39,201 per annum (dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience) 

🕒Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year) (part-time considered)

📋Contract: Fixed Term

📍Location: Sparsholt Campus, Hampshire

Due to continued growth in Motor Vehicles, we are seeking an inspirational lecturer to join our Motor Vehicle team. The post holder will be part of our innovative team, and will be responsible for teaching both theory and practical elements of the Motor Vehicle Studies curriculum from Level 1 to 3 (subject to experience and qualifications). The department has a dedicated facility with excellent workshop resources, classrooms and access to digital technology. 

The successful candidate will possess the relevant professional qualifications and a recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards achieving one. A desire to inspire young people to achieve their goals in the motor vehicle sector is essential. 

Essential: 

• Level 3 or higher qualification in Motor Vehicle or similar 

• GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English or equivalent 

• Ability to apply working knowledge of theory and practical to a teaching environment 

• Commitment to continuous professional development 

• Willingness to undertake Level 5 teacher training if not already qualified 

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team 

• Well organised and able to work under pressure
