Premises and Facilities Administrator (6 months fixed term)

This role will contribute to a number of activities within the Premises & Facilities department, including Premises Helpdesk, Environmental Administration, Stationery, Post & Reception. This allows for flexibility within the larger department to provide occasional cover, where possible, and enable the department to provide an efficient, effective and professional service to the College and ensure excellent Customer Service is consistently maintained in all of these areas.

In all of the various aspects of this role, there will be a need to complete various training courses/internal training, in order to comply and be confident in the requirements for each aspect of this role.

The successful applicant will have experience of working in a busy front-line environment, with strong customer focus and good organisational and communication skills. Competence in the use of IT systems including MS Office (Outlook/Calendar/Excel/Word) is required and knowledge of telephony skills is essential, with additional training provided as needed.

This post is based at the Sparsholt campus.
