💰Salary: Up to £12,349 per annum (dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience) 

🕒Working Pattern: Part-time (22 hours per week, 38 weeks per year) 

📍Location: Sparsholt Campus, Winchester

✨Sparsholt College has an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist, providing comprehensive administrative support to our curriculum areas and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the department.

As the first point of contact for the college, this role is central to creating a welcoming, professional and efficient experience for students, staff and visitors. You will provide a courteous front‑of‑house and telephone service, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the college community.

The role entails operating digital phones/switchboard, a central radio system, a postal franking machine along with using various databases and maintaining manual and electronic records. Full training will be provided.

The successful applicant will: 📋📞

• Have demonstrable experience of working in a busy frontline environment.

• Possess a strong customer focus along with a “can-do” attitude.

• Have excellent communication skills.

• Be competent in the use of the full range of Microsoft applications (word/excel/outlook and calendar)

• Have good organisation and team-working skills.

• Possess GCSE English and Maths at level C/4 or above or equivalent.
