Residential Support Manager
Salary: Up to £44,307 per annum (dependant on qualifications and experience)
Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year)
Location: Sparsholt Campus, Winchester

Overall Aim
The purpose of this role is to create a safe, secure, inclusive and supportive environment for our residential students. Under the direction of the Director of Student Experience the post holder will be responsible for leading, managing and championing the provision for residential students at our Sparsholt Campus.
Additionally the post holder will be responsible for leading, managing and championing the College’s support provision for residential students at the Sparsholt Campus, which is graded outstanding by Ofsted. This will include some supervision of day students who are unable to leave the site, leading on the production, implementation and delivery of the Residential Self Assessment Review and will participate in the residential support team rota as required.
The role will involve working with the Senior Leadership Team, college managers, staff, students, parents and/or carers, external bodies and networks. The post holder will lead and manage the staff employed in residential support team. The successful applicant will possess outstanding communication skills and have a collaborative, professional and person-centred approach with a drive to improve the support and service provided.
