Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Working hours: 20 hours per week - 3-4 mornings (7:30-8:30) and afternoons (3:00-4:00) with admin hours in between (days tbc)

Start Date: September 2024

Contract Length: Fixed term until 31 August 2025

Working weeks: Term Time + 1 Week (Insets)

We seek to appoint a PE Administrator to join our outstanding department, working with colleagues who are committed to delivering outstanding lessons across all key stages (KS1-5). The successful applicant must have a passion for Physical Education and Sport and for promoting wellbeing.

The position will include:

• Day to day support for the PE department, notably with regards to supporting with co-curricular enrichment
• Co-ordination of fixtures and results (SOCS)
• Management of high school clubs via internal and external providers
• Ordering and looking after PE equipment
• Setting up for lessons
• Supervision of PE lessons, supported by PE staff
• Preparation of PE risk assessments for trips and fixtures
• Driving the College minibus for fixtures is desired but not necessary
• Providing coaching and lunchtime clubs for our Primary and High School students
• Involvement in College-wide initiatives
• Involvement in DofE (additional payment for some duties undertaken)
• Sports kit control
• Other reasonable duties assigned by the Director of PE & Sport
