We are seeking an enthusiastic ICT Support Engineer. We are looking for staff who are hungry to learn, have a positive attitude and can deliver a high level of customer service to colleagues. Whether you have hands-on experience of Administering Active Directory or just a keen desire for a new career with IT, we are looking for an extremely organised and assertive individuals to be our first/second point of contacts for issues and problems.

We can offer development through a dedicated on-line IT training platform and mentoring provided by our in-house teams. As well as being responsible for the day-to-day operations of the IT service within our schools, there may be opportunities for you to lead small upgrade or research and development projects.

Reporting directly to the ICT Support Leaders, you will undertake a hands-on role supporting ICT systems and users including but not limited to: Desktop PC’s, Laptops, Tablet devices, Windows 10, Printers, Photocopiers, Microsoft 365 applications and mobile devices.

The successful candidate will take ownership of customer issues and maintain accurate up-to-date service desk records, responding and resolving the issues in line with defined Key Performance Indicators. They will also have a willingness and be adaptable in tackling the variety of tasks arising in a school environment.
A current driving licence is also a must, as is access to a motor vehicle as this role involves regular and frequent travel between schools.
