Teacher of Religious Studies
MPS/UPR (Outer London)
Required as soon as possible until Easter 2025
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reflective teacher of Religious Studies (RS) who has the knowledge and love of their subject to inspire students in a school where a ‘Love of Learning’ is evident in every student interaction.
The temporary post offers a wonderful opportunity to engage with and inspire our highly motivated, articulate and diligent student body. The school greatly values the contribution that the study of RS brings to its curriculum offer and to the all-round development of the students, helping them flourish as global citizens.
Candidates suitable for the role will:
- be confident in teaching RS up to and including GCSE to high achieving students and be excited about moving on to teaching to A level
- be passionate about personal and professional development and demonstrate a willingness to engage with the findings of evidence-based research through our whole school CPD programme.
- help extend and enrich students’ school experiences beyond the curriculum
- have the ability to communicate effectively with staff, students and parents
