The successful candidates will have strong knowledge, skills and understanding, alongside leadership experience. You have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and can foster buy-in from the whole staff body. Experience of line management of staff is a must.

Teaching Responsibilities: Predominantly out of class with some classroom cover
Salary Banding: Leadership Pay Scale - £50,807 - £56,082 (L4-L8)
Place of Work: Henbury Court Primary Academy
Contract: There are two positions:
The first is a permanent contract with greater focus on pastoral care, safeguarding and SEND.
The second is a permanent contract with the Trust with greater focus on curriculum, teaching and learning. This role will be linked to a maternity leave appointment, based at Henbury Court in the first instance. Upon return, the successful candidate will be deployed at another school within the Trust, in discussion with the candidate and according to Trust needs.
