Student Support Administrator
Details: Permanent, Full Time, Term Time
Start Date: 26th August 2025
Salary: Grade 3, Points 5-6 (Actual Salary £22,247)
FTE £25,783 - £26,193
37 hours per week for 38 weeks per year plus 3 Professional Learning Days and 15 hours during holidays.
Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (with ½ hr lunch break daily)
We are looking to appoint a self-motivated individual with an ability to deal positively and sympathetically with students, staff and parents.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to work in a busy office and provide high quality and professional service to students, visitors, parents and outside agencies. The successful candidate will have an excellent communication and administrative skills and flexible outlook of the needs of this job.
This role requires maintaining accurate attendance registers, handling student and parent queries, engaging student remain in class and engaged and this post provides First Aid support in the case of accidents and emergencies and supporting students with medical conditions.
