Unqualified: £26,146 - £27,832 per annum
Qualified (CIPD Level 5): £29,699 - £32,975 per annum
Are you passionate about people and HR excellence? Truro & Penwith College is looking for a Human Resources & Employee Services Associate to support our HR operations and help create a thriving work environment.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and HR compliance. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, manage the full employee life cycle and help maintain accurate HR records in line with employment law.
You'll also support staff wellbeing initiatives and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture. We’re looking for someone with experience in HR, recruitment, and employee relations, along with strong knowledge of employment law, excellent communication and organisational skills, and confidence using IT systems.
