We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, energetic and driven individual to deliver directed study support sessions and supervise and support Further Education Learners in a Learning Resources environment at Truro and Penwith College.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with 16–19-year-old students, guiding their progress, building confidence, and helping them realise their potential. You will create a positive and engaging study environment and cover curriculum lessons using pre-prepared materials when required.
In this role, you will support students with coursework, research, study skills, revision techniques and progression planning, helping them progress both academically and personally. This role will be largely based at Penwith campus, but there may be times when you are required to work across Penwith and Truro campuses.
The successful candidate should be educated to degree level, and have experience working and delivering within a college, school or youth environment.

Applicants should demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and have an understanding of learners’ changing needs.

Curriculum Vitae are not accepted, Application Forms only.
We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if a suitable candidate is found. Interviews may be held on a rolling basis.
