Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and learning opportunities for young children?

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and nurturing team at the College Nursery in Truro.

As a valued member of our nursery team, you will work closely with senior practitioners to support the care, development, and wellbeing of babies and young children in a stimulating and inclusive environment.

This part-time role is ideal for a qualified practitioner who is looking to support the development and individual needs of all the children across the setting, from 6 weeks old up to 4 years.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential or currently working towards level 3, with a current L2.
  • At least 12 months’ experience working within an early year setting.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a child-centred approach to care.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts in line with the operational needs of the nursery.

Working Hours:

20 hours per week.

The nursery is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. As part of this role, you’ll be expected to be available to cover shifts across these hours when required.
