We are seeking a committed and passionate Inclusive Practitioner (SEND) to join our Learning Support team. This is a highly impactful role focused on improving outcomes for learners with SEND, EHCPs and high needs.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a key point of contact for an allocated group of SEND, EHCP and high‑needs learners

• Working closely with learners to ensure their voice, strengths and aspirations shape the support they receive

• Coordinating personalised, holistic support that enables learners to engage fully in college life

• Collaborating with curriculum teams, families and external professionals to create inclusive, ambitious learning experiences

• Embedding Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) outcomes, supporting learners to build independence, confidence and meaningful progression

• Supporting and influencing inclusive practice across the college to improve outcomes for all learners

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a passionate, learner-focussed individual who:

• Has experience supporting learners with SEND and understands the impact this can have on learning and participation

• Is optimistic and ambitious for learners, using a strengths‑based approach to support independence

• Communicates confidently and works well with a wide range of people and professionals

• Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to inclusive practice across teams

• Is organised, proactive and committed to making sure learners feel supported, understood and valued

You’ll also have

• A level 3 of above qualification and ideally be qualified to Degree Level

• Hold maths and English grade 4/C or above

• A full, clean UK driving licence
