We are looking for a vibrant and committed lecturer with the ability to inspire students and maintain excellent working relationships in a successful English and Languages team. The successful applicant will provide high quality teaching, hold a relevant teaching qualification, have a track record of success in teaching and learning, and have a commitment to the delivery of an outstanding learning experience for our students.
The successful applicant will teach on our Level 3 English courses: we offer A Level English Literature, A Level English Language, A Level English Language and Literature, and IB English (Higher and Standard Level). Applicants with experience in A Level English Literature are particularly welcomed, but we are looking for someone who can be flexible and teach across more than one course. There may be the opportunity to teach on our Level 2 English resit courses (GCSE and Functional Skills) but the focus of this post is employing a Level 3 lecturer who cares passionately about supporting all students to achieve their very best.
Applicants should hold a degree or similar professional qualifications and a recognised teaching qualification.
Interviews will be held week commencing 23rd March 2026.
*Salary as advertised is based on a qualified lecturer. Non-qualified applicants will be considered but will be paid on a non-qualified lecturer scale.
