We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to support apprentices and employers across a wide range of apprenticeship standards.
Truro & Penwith College are #1 GFE in the SW for Apprenticeship Achievement, and we are the ATA Apprenticeship Provider of the Year.
In this role, you’ll facilitate regular progress reviews, provide guidance, and set SMART targets to help apprentices achieve timely success. Working closely with academic teams and Training Advisers, you’ll help ensure learners develop and evidence the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for their apprenticeship.
