"Teaching at USP College is very rewarding, students come here from lots of different backgrounds and we try to change their attitude to learning. Students who are more engaged will achieve better grades, including some of my students who I helped prepare for the admission tests for Cambridge University. The College has invested in technology to help with learning and teaching. I have developed an application for tablets by using Augmented Reality, where students can improve their GCSE Maths results by using the software to help them with problem-solving activities. There are many opportunities for ambitious teachers, we use cutting edge technology and the College is a very innovative place. Every teacher is valued and supported at USP College which is great."
