HRUC (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges) is a successful merged college group, based across 5 campuses. This is a newly created post to support a busy period, during which the College will be implementing a new HR and Payroll system.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you would be responsible for assisting with the accurate and timely payment of College employees, and for responding to payroll and pension queries.
We are seeking to appoint a well organised individual who can demonstrate the following:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Good administrative skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A full understanding of the need for complete confidentiality and discretion
