We are seeking a part time Careers and Employability Adviser to provide an effective, impartial careers service tailored to the needs of individual learners and prospective learners. You would work closely with curriculum and external partners to deliver a high quality service, host Employer and UCAS events and learner centred workshops within the College, and support the College’s employability agenda.
The role requires an individual with excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. You will need to possess a minimum of a Level 4 qualification in IAG, Careers Guidance or related area, experience of providing careers advice to a range of clients and will have a good knowledge of educational and employment related progression routes.
18 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, working either Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday.
