We are seeking to appoint a full Lecturer in ESOL to teach on full and part-time ESOL courses, for young learners (16-18) and adults, on a range of levels from Pre-Entry to Level 2 including group tutorials, maths, vocational and ICT.

You will possess a degree (or minimum of Level 3) in a relevant vocational area, together with an approved English Language Specialist Teaching qualification (minimum CELTA/ Cert TESOL) and should have experience of teaching ESOL, preferably in a Further Education setting to adults and young learners. If you do not possess a full teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector, you will be supported by the College to obtain the required Level 5 teaching qualification. You may be required to teach evening classes (6pm – 9pm) and should be willing to travel to the Uxbridge Campus when required.

You will be joining a supportive and inclusive organisation, with opportunities for professional development and growth. We offer the Teachers Pension Scheme, wellness platform, staff discounts, an employee assistance programme and free car parking on all sites.

The closing date may be brought forward if we receive a sufficient field of applications. We therefore encourage early applications.
