Grade 5 Salary FTE - £26,421 – £28,770
Pro-rata – actual and based on 20 hours per week - £12,641.63 to £12,927.71
West Gate School is an over-subscribed special setting for over 200 4- to 19-year-olds. We cater for children and young people with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities. Most of our pupils have severe learning difficulties, speech language and communication difficulties and autism.
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated and lively admin team.
The role requires someone who has the ability to multi-task in a busy environment and has efficient and effective administrative skills. This role will include a variety of responsibilities shared within the admin team. You will have shared responsibility for undertaking a variety of administrative and financial duties in support of the activities of West Gate. The successful candidate will be organised, reliable, flexible, committed, and personable. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise workload, have good knowledge of Microsoft packages (e.g., word, excel) and other educational software packages.
Hours: Approx. 20 hours per week (Term Time Only - 40 weeks per year)
