This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

Day to day duties

* Manage a caseload of learners and conduct regular review meetings with learners and employers to facilitate progress and development of knowledge, skills and behaviours.

* Review the timely completion of actions in progress reviews by liaising with Skills coaches, practice educators and lecturers to ensure academic progress is being made.
* Ensuring the apprentice's workplace progress by identifying and planning opportunities that align with their off the job training.

Required skills and qualifications

* Ability to plan, prioritise, initiate and complete tasks to successfully meet deadlines.

* Ability to liaise and negotiate with people at all levels to facilitate engagement and develop effective partnerships.

* Digital skills - skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems, including Microsoft Office apps.
