This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative department, ensuring students have the materials and tools required for learning within a comfortable, clean and safe environment.

Do you want to join us? You will come to a school full of creative and intelligent students, and a friendly, capable and experienced team of adults to support them. You will have a passion for ADT, and the ability to work independently, using your initiative and problem solving skills to ensure students have a positive learning experience. You will also be organised and IT literate. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but full training and support will be provided.

We value our staff and believe in them. We offer you CPD, training and support to develop, along with a friendly and supportive team of colleagues to work with.

Our core rule is simple: you must care about our students. They are at the heart of everything we do, and we are united in our mission to provide them with the best possible educational experience.

Wigston Academies Trust comprises Wigston Academy (11–16) and Wigston College (16–19). Both institutions were rated as “Strong Good” in their latest OFSTED inspections (May and June 2022).
