Windsor Forest College Group is looking for Sessional English Functional Skills Tutor to join the Langley team. Please note this role offers around 12 hours teaching per week.
Purpose
To deliver quality teaching, coaching and academic support that enables apprentices and adult learners to achieve their English Functional Skills.

Key responsibilities
- Effective delivery of Level 2 English Functional Skills enabling learner progression towards successful completion of their Apprenticeship, and delivery to Adult learners who are participating in college short courses.
- Develop ways of working that are responsive to learners’ needs, monitor and evaluate progress and practice and prepare learners for examinations.
- To promote and facilitate retention and achievement of learners by supporting them with their English Functional Skills.
- Maintain student morale and discipline inside and outside “the classroom” within the College sites and in conjunction with College management.
