We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Learner Experience, Safeguarding and Prevent to join our dedicated team.
In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the learner experience, ensuring every learner’s journey is memorable and impactful, our college open days, as well as internal and external events. Working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, you will champion exceptional customer care, develop effective policies, and create a welcoming environment for all.
As a key leader, you will also be responsible for developing our Safeguarding and Prevent strategies, serving as the Senior Mental Health Lead, and supporting the College’s EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) Action Plan.
