Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a part-time Lecturer/Assessor in Supporting Teaching and Learning level 2 & 3 in schools to deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment to ensure successful learner outcomes.

Suitable candidates will have;

• Qualified School Teacher qualifications only - Cert Ed./ B Ed./ PGCE, BA-Education

or STLS (TA) level 3 or equivalent

• Assessor and/or IQA certificates

• School teaching and teaching assisting experience- ages 5-16

• Experience can be at Primary, Secondary or Special schools, ideally experience at two or more of these phases

This role will involve conducted work-based observations in schools in the Warrington and Cheshire area, therefore own transport will be essential.

Candidates should be able to evidence continuing professional development and practice in assessment and quality assurance and should hold a relevant assessor and/or quality assurance qualification.
