St Joseph’s is a large, 3-form entry, primary school with over 620 children in Reception to Year 6. We also have a nursery on site. This position in the school office is one of three that provides administrative support and customer assistance across a wide range of the school’s functions and services. The working hours will be from 0800-1535, Monday to Friday during term-time. The role offers enormous variety, but also the opportunity to learn more about some of the specialist areas such as: Customer Relations; HR; Premises Management; Health and Safety; Commercial Lettings; IT; First Aid.
You will possess a high level of proficiency in English (spoken and written) and excellent customer service skills. You will also be confident and competent with a range of IT and administrative software packages (eg: Google applications and Microsoft Office) and you will have attention to detail.

Interviews will be held at the school during the week commencing Monday 7th July. Candidates will be asked to complete some simple practical tasks and be interviewed by the Office Manager and Premises/IT Manager.
