Yeovil College are looking for a 3rd Line IT Technician to join their outstanding team. The successful candidate will need to be a good team player, be organised and have an excellent eye for detail as well as good communication skills.
The role itself includes providing third line support for all problems escalated by the second line technician or department administrator. You will also be able to provide advice and guidance and undertake resolution work, as well as managing the IT help desk. You will oversee the departmental service level agreements, ensuring daily and weekly targets are achieved. This is a full time role - 37 hours per week, all year round.
