Yeovil College have an exciting opportunity for a 3rd Line IT Technician to join our outstanding IT Services department. As a college we have invested 1 Million Pounds in new IT technology this year, ensuring we are providing the best IT for all of our learners and staff. The successful candidate will need to be a team player as well as being able to work independently with set tasks. Good organisational skills and have an excellent eye for detail so we can provide an excellent service.
The role itself includes providing third line support for all problems escalated by the first line, second line or department administrator. You will also be able to provide advice and guidance and undertake resolution work, as well as managing the IT help desk. You will oversee the departmental service level agreements, ensuring daily and weekly targets are achieved. This is a full time role - 37 hours per week, all year round.
