We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our Employer Engagement Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing new and existing employer relationships to achieve and exceed the Apprenticeship starts with Levy and non-Levy paying employers.
You should have a flexible approach to work and enjoy working as part of a team, but be accountable to achieving your own targets by providing outstanding account management services to employers, Apprentices, college staff and other stakeholders.
The successful applicant will be a talented, creative and self-motivated individual to enhance the Employer Engagement Team. You will need to be an excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to share the benefits of apprenticeships. You will be target driven, show enthusiasm for customer service and be confident in communicating with a varied audience.
