Yeovil College are looking for a enthusiastic, energetic Electrical Installation Lecturer/Study Programme Manager  to join our growing Construction Curriculum team.

We are looking for qualified trades people who would like to pass on their knowledge and skills to the next generation of electricians. If you would like to inspire people to fulfil their potential and join the construction Industry, we want to hear from you. You will be working in a team of friendly skilled individuals that sit in the construction department, which is fast becoming one of the largest areas of the College. To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:

  • 4 years relevant industry experience in electrical installations.
  • Relevant Level 3 trade qualification.
  • Additional qualifications that might include the 18th Edition, Inspection & Testing, Design and verification qualifications.
  • Good awareness of H&S relating to the industry.
  • Strong practical skills in electrical installation.
  • Proactive in initiating, developing and implement new ideas and developments.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Proven background in successfully working as part of a team.
  • Developing employer relationships.

Salary: £37,808 - £43,133 dependent on sector experience, skills and Qualifications.

Relocation Package available where applicable.

Full time, 37 hours per week, all year round.
