Yeovil College are looking for an Exams Administrator to join their busy Exams team.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work within a team as well as being able to work independently, you must have excellent communication skills and have good attention to detail as this is a fast paced environment. The role will also include covering the main front reception on occasions, so excellent customer service skills are also essential.
The post-holder will undertake administrative and organisational responsibilities associated with the processes of exam timetabling, including special arrangement and online exams, in line with current JCQ regulations. The post carries responsibility for providing timely and accurate data to external awarding bodies, and ensuring this data is inputted and maintained in internal management information systems. The post-holder will be an excellent team-worker and will be expected to take a proactive role in working with colleagues to ensure that internal and external deadlines are met.
The role will be based on site working 37 hours per week (8.30am - 5.00pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm Friday).
This is a fixed term appointment until 31st July 2021 (reviewable with an earlier end date in line with business needs)
