Yeovil College have an excellent opportunity for a data focused individual to join our Registry team as an Operational Data Administrator.

The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.  This role requires excellent organisational and accuracy skills.  You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to cope effectively with peaks in workloads to meet deadlines.
 
As part of the Registry team you will provide an administrative/data focused service for students and staff including timetabling (electronically), rooming/meeting requests, registers, updating learners information and general data processing.  This role also requires supporting the main front desk reception so excellent customer service skills are essential.

This role is to work park time, 28 hours per week (Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm)  

This is a fixed term appointment until 31 July 2021 (reviewable with an earlier end date in line with business needs)
