Yeovil College has an exciting opportunity for a Science Apprenticeship Programme Manager to join our busy and vibrant Kingston Sixth Form team.

The successful candidate should be able to provide effective on and off the job coaching, support, guidance, reviews, underpinning knowledge, training and assessment for Apprentices.  This will ensure that the full apprenticeship framework or standard is achieved in a timely manner. You will be able to contribute to the development of the template learner journey and agreed milestones for each Apprenticeship Standard you deliver including other roles set out in the job description.

This is an attractive role for industry professionals looking for a new challenge as there is the opportunity to undertake teaching qualifications whilst working.

This is role is initially offered on a fixed term contract for 18 months and is for a total of 14.8 hours (0.4 Fraction)per week, all year round.

This role could be combined with the Science Technician vacancy to create a full time post for the right candidate.
