We are a forward-thinking provider who puts our learners at the heart of everything we do and we are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our senior leadership and curriculum management team.About the jobThe service delivers courses to adults in Hillingdon, from a wide range of community learning courses to vocational and English, Maths and ESOL qualifications. The successful applicant will take a strategic role in helping to drive the service forward, working closely with other members of the senior leadership team to ensure that provision is targeted to maximise the external funding available.You will use your in-depth knowledge of funding rules to manage and interpret complex MIS data, providing meaningful intelligence, data analyses and reports so that progress towards our annual plan can be accurately monitored, targets achieved and funding optimised. Ideally, you will also have knowledge of relational databases including Tribal ebs and a broad understanding of curriculum planning and exams.About the personWe are looking for someone who is passionate, professional and able to develop effective working relationships with a network of colleagues in other parts of the council. You will have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to your work and be innovative in developing plans and identifying new opportunities for external funding.Above all, you will have excellent communication skills, a sound understanding of financial information and a track record of working independently and within a team to achieve successful outcomes.You should have the ability to commute between locations with use of your own vehicle.
