Would the challenge of developing and embedding a consolidated teaching and learning strategy and driving up continuation and completion rates within a unique, vibrant, entrepreneurial College in the City of London excite you?

Building on a period of transformational change, St. Patrick’s College is seeking a new Vice Principal to lead on teaching excellence and student success and the development of a new teaching and learning strategy. As part of a senior management team of four, the new Vice Principal will play a leading role in developing the quality of the programmes the College offers and positioning St. Patrick’s for the future.

You will be an inspirational leader with experience of teaching and learning and how excellence might be attained, especially on vocational courses, and the enthusiasm to bring these skills to bear in a truly unique environment. Your strategic thinking skills and commitment to embedded excellence will be used to their full potential as a major part of the role is to play a leading role in the growth and development of the College and to build its reputation as a high quality provider within the sector.
