Learning Support Assistant x 2(Full-time and Part-time hours considered) Term Time OnlyFixed term until 5th July 2019We have an opportunity for talented, highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join BCA working as Learning Support Assistants within our Animal Management department. Working alongside specialist tutors and vocational lecturing staff the successful candidates will provide an outstanding learning experience for our students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.This is an exciting opportunity to offer in-class and, in some instances, out of class support to learners with a range of learning difficulties.The successful candidates will have knowledge and awareness of a variety of approaches to supporting learners. Experience of similar work with post-16 learners and/or supporting students with GCSE Maths & English would be useful. Experience of working with animals would also be desirable, although not essential.
