All of our new schools inspected to date have been rated ‘outstanding’ by OFSTED. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Procurement Manager to provide support for a wide range of commissioning, procurement and contract monitoring activities across our Trust. The role requires an understanding of tendering, sound skills to manage tenders and strong interpersonal abilities. You will assist senior colleagues in ensuring cost effective buying decisions are made across the Trust, whilst complying with EU and other regulations. You will be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve contract and supplier management, ensuring that these meet the values of the Trust. You should understand the role of procurement in delivering value, managing risk and would be expected to support colleagues to do this.
