The post holder will be predominantly working within work based learning to manage and support apprentices to complete their apprenticeships. A minimum of Level 3 qualification in vocational area is essential. You will be self-motivated, ambitious, enthusiastic, confident and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating horticulturalists for the future.
