Administrator (x2 positions). City Skills centre. Part Time (25 hours per week). Temporary (6 months). Kick Start Scheme.
This six-month post is part of the Kick Start Scheme and is open to 16-24-year-old unemployed individuals who are in receipt of Universal Credit. The role is designed to provide experience of working in a support role at a large Further Education College.
As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support at the City Skills Centre. Duties will include examination invigilation, supporting students to complete enrolment forms and collecting student destinations.
You will have recent and relevant experience of providing high quality customer service and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
The successful applicant will hold a minimum Level 2 in IT and/or equivalent Microsoft Word/Excel experience along with a minimum Level 1 in maths and English (GCSE Grade D or above, GCSE Grade 3 or above, or equivalent), with the commitment to study for a Level 2 English qualification if this is not held.
