The role will be part-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months. The location is in Cambridge – United Kingdom. With some occasional travel to QMUL (Queen Mary University London) as agreed in advance with your manager.
Overview:
With strong administrative skills and the ability to manage a busy workload, the Admissions Coordinator will be required to support the Sales team by acting as an agent on behalf of applicants. They will be required to review documents and submit applications in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high-level professionalism and high level of customer service to provide a fast, efficient and welcoming service for all students, proactively pursuing student recruitment and conversion, within the Sales team.

The role is fast paced and requires strong organisation skills to ensure the administrative side of the process is completed accurately and within the set timescales.
Confidence with basic data is important also, as regular reporting is a key part of this role. There will be some requirement to work with students directly and provide a welcome service to them, proactively supporting the sales process, though this is not the main priority of the role. As this role works with our University Partner, you are asked to attend the London campus ideally once a week so that you are working closely with the in house team you support, and the partner team.
