Warrington & Vale Royal College
require an Apprentice Coach in Higher Management and Business to be accountable
and responsible for the efficient and effective delivery and assessment of all
elements of training, leading to the achievement of nationally recognised
qualifications, with a focus on apprenticeship provision.
You will be responsible for the
management of assessments for candidates, from assessment planning to marking
and recording assessment decisions, along with the tracking of skills,
behaviours and knowledge as required by the awarding body. You will have strong
coaching skills and experience of working with high level managers across a
variety of sectors.
Suitable candidates will have a
Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Management or Business, an assessor award
and in-depth knowledge of relevant apprenticeships frameworks and standards. A
proven track record of industry related experience is essential. As well as the
assessors award, it is desirable that applicants have a teaching or training
