Oaklands is an Outstanding special school serving the London Borough of Hounslow that provides specialist education to students with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple difficulties and autism. We have a Primary school (New Oaks) and Secondary School (High Oaks). High Oaks is based in our purpose built new school building (close to Osterley Tube Station and other public transport links) that offers state of the art facilities for our students. New Oaks Primary School is based in our newly refurbished site at Woodlands Road.

Applicants must be fit and willing to undertake personal care including toileting and feeding. Please refer to the job description and person specification for full details of the role.
We value our employees and offer excellent training and support as well as a pension scheme, employee assistance programme and many other well-being benefits. These include our onsite gym, showering facilities and coffee shop with discounted barista coffee.
