Apprenticeship Data & Funding Officer
We at Ealing Hammersmith & West London College are looking for an Apprenticeship Data & Funding Officer to join the College in delivering an excellent service. If you are committed, driven and enthusiastic as we are to ensure an outstanding experience for the learners we serve we would love to hear from you.
You will implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure the completeness and accuracy of Apprentice/Learner record data and ensure the data is held in compliance with ILR and audit requirements.
Take a proactive approach in assisting the MIS Manager in managing the Apprentice/Learner records data so that accurate and timely funding returns are produced ensuring the College maximises it’s funding and for accurate and complete statistical performance reporting purposes.
The successful candidate will assist in all areas of Management Information Systems in order to gain and maintain knowledge and insight on processes throughout the learner journey and will contribute to continuous personal and departmental development.
As well as being an experienced, confident and accomplished administrator you will have all
the IT, team working and numeracy and literacy skills required to deliver the role. In addition, you will also have:
• Experience of working with data within an educational environment
• Working knowledge of the Apprenticeship Funding Rules
• Strong data management and administrative skills with an understanding of what is meant by complete and timely data.
• The ability to take a proactive approach to the accuracy of data by identifying errors and following through to resolution data related issues.
• Accurate data input and strong ICT skills. Essential
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Salary: £24,810 - £26,782 per annum
