We are seeking 2 experienced Apprenticeship Delivery Managers to plan and deliver our outstanding apprenticeship and work-based learning programmes. These posts require effective operational delivery of the current curriculum and the strategic development of future provision to support the rapid transition from framework to new apprenticeship standards, and the innovation, growth and expansion of apprenticeships across the region.
You will be an experienced educational professional with a strong track record in successfully managing work-based programmes. With an unwavering focus on learners' progress and progression, you will have experience of motivating and managing staff to achieve an outstanding learner experience for all. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will work collaboratively both within and across curriculum areas, together with the vision and drive to make a success of this demanding but rewarding role.
The successful candidates will demonstrate significant skills, knowledge and behaviours linked to either Business or Service related industry, and experience of managing apprenticeship programmes from intermediate apprenticeships (Frameworks and Standards) up to and including Higher Level Apprenticeships. You will have a degree or equivalent, be educated to a Level 2 minimum in Maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent) and hold a Level 5 Teaching Qualification.
